Energy. This seems like a good guideline for audits.

this is a free online home energy audit. You get the make and model
number of a bunch of appliances, type them in and submit the form. It
asks for info about your heat pump, air conditioners, insulation,
pool, refrigerator, etc and ends up with a graph & pie chart about how
much electricity they think you would be using and which months should
be heaviest. Plus, it has data based on your zip code as to how much
your electrical bill should be.

Home energy tuneups. They list rates for a “home energy audit/tune up
at $400 for houses under 2000 sq feet and a .10 cents per sq. ft. They
also have rates for $100 for each of the following addon services -
infrared moisture scan, infrared electrical scan, radon test and
termite inspection. They also charge $175 per hour (2 hour minimum)
for infrared inspections.
